1. Our commitment to accuracy
PTM Intelligence is committed to publishing accurate, evidence-based intelligence. We take correction requests seriously and investigate all credible disputes.
2. How to submit a dispute
To dispute a factual claim, PRIME score, or editorial finding, use the dispute submission form on the relevant company profile page. If you cannot reach that form, write to legal@securitytechx.com with the same information.
3. What to include
- the specific claim or data point you believe is incorrect;
- the correct information, with supporting evidence (URLs, documents, filings);
- your relationship to the company, if any;
- your contact details for follow-up.
4. Review process
Disputes are reviewed by the PTM editorial team against the supporting evidence. We aim to acknowledge submissions within 5 business days and to reach an outcome within 30 days. Complex cases may take longer, and we will keep you informed.
5. Outcomes
If a dispute is upheld, we will correct the relevant data and log the correction with a record of what changed and why. If a dispute is not upheld, we will provide a written explanation. Corrections are recorded in our internal review system to preserve an audit trail.
6. Independence of outcomes
Correction and dispute outcomes are editorial decisions made on the evidence. They are not influenced by any commercial relationship, and submitting a dispute does not entitle a company to a change in score, tier, or rank.
7. Methodology matters
Disputes about editorial judgments, such as tier assignments or score weightings, are reviewed under the PRIME methodology. The methodology itself, including its dimensions and weightings, is not subject to individual dispute.
8. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request one further review by writing to legal@securitytechx.com within 30 days of the outcome, stating why you believe it is wrong and providing any further evidence.
The further review is carried out by a person who took no part in the original decision and who holds no commercial role. Commercial staff take no part in escalation outcomes, and no commercial relationship affects them. We will tell you the outcome of the further review, and that concludes our internal process.
9. Contact
For corrections and disputes, use the dispute submission form on the relevant company profile page, or contact legal@securitytechx.com.
