1. Subscription plans
PTM Intelligence offers reader and data-access subscription plans. Plan features, access levels, and pricing are described at the point of purchase and, where published, on the pricing pages. We may offer both individual and organization plans. The plan description presented to you at checkout, together with these terms and the Terms of Use, forms your agreement with us.
2. Free access
Public rankings, PRIME scores, tiers, and methodology documentation are available without a subscription. A subscription is required for gated features such as score breakdowns, the evidence ledger, comparison and cohort tools, and export, as described for each plan.
3. Billing and automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, monthly or annually as you select at checkout, through our third-party payment provider.
Your subscription renews automatically. Unless you cancel before the end of the current term, it renews for a further term of the same length and your payment method is charged the then-current price for that term. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method for each billing period until you cancel.
Before you are charged for the first time, we disclose the price, the billing frequency, the fact that the subscription renews automatically, and how to cancel. Your acceptance at checkout is your express informed consent to those terms.
Annual and longer plans. Where your subscription has an initial term of twelve months or more and renews automatically, we will send you a reminder between 30 and 60 days before the renewal date. The reminder states that the subscription will renew unless you cancel, the price for the renewal term, the deadline for cancelling, and how to cancel.
4. Taxes
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties associated with your subscription, other than taxes based on our net income.
5. Entitlement and fulfillment
Access is granted after payment is confirmed. Completing checkout alone does not grant access until the corresponding entitlement is confirmed by our systems. Entitlements are personal to the account or organization to which they are issued and may not be shared or resold.
6. Upgrades, downgrades, and plan changes
You may change plans where the option is available. An upgrade takes effect immediately, and the difference in price is charged on a prorated basis for the remainder of the current billing period. A downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period, and we do not credit or refund the unused portion of the current period.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, through your account settings using the same online process by which you subscribed, or by writing to legal@securitytechx.com. We will not require you to call, to wait for a response, or to complete more steps than it took to subscribe.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
8. Refunds and statutory cancellation rights
Except where required by law or expressly stated at the point of purchase, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, downgrades, or unused access.
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason. To exercise it, tell us clearly before the 14 days expire by writing to legal@securitytechx.com. If you asked us to begin providing the subscription during that period, you may be charged in proportion to what you received before you withdrew. If you expressly requested immediate access to digital content and acknowledged at checkout that you lose the right of withdrawal once we begin providing it, the right does not apply. Where a refund is due, we will make it within 14 days of being informed, using the same means of payment you used.
Consumers elsewhere. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the law of your place of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
9. Price and plan changes
We may change subscription prices or plan features. For recurring subscriptions, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice of a price increase before it applies to your next renewal. Your continued subscription after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept it, you may cancel under Section 7 before the renewal date.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a subscription for non-payment, breach of these terms or the Terms of Use, or where required by law. On termination, access to paid features ends.
11. Editorial independence
A subscription grants access to intelligence features. It does not grant any influence over PRIME scores, rankings, tiers, or eligibility results, consistent with our Editorial Policy.
