1. Scope
This page explains how to report material on the Platform that you believe infringes your copyright or trademark. It covers material we publish and material submitted to us by companies, including showcase content, submitted announcements, and claimed profile content.
2. Designated agent for copyright notices
Security Techx LLC has designated the following agent to receive notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act:

3. What a copyright notice must contain
To be effective, a notice must be in writing and include all of the following:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it, including the URL;
- your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
Send the notice to the designated agent above. We may remove or disable access to the material and notify the person who supplied it.
4. Counter notification
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter notification to the designated agent. It must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, for the District of Columbia, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the notice.
We may restore the material in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
5. Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts and commercial relationships of those who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property of others.
6. Trademark complaints
To report use of your trademark on the Platform that you believe is infringing, write to legal@securitytechx.com. Identify the mark, your rights in it, the material you object to and its URL, and the basis of your complaint, and provide your contact details.
7. Misrepresentation
Anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
